    "The price shown online should be the price that the store matches. Customers should 100% never have to download an app to see what the right price is. There are untold amounts of older people who still have feature phones (those without touch screens) and can't download apps, and even more still who don't understand the technology. Either way, the website price should match the app, should match the store and should get price matched in store. Getting into a shouting match with a customer and demanding I "look at the price in the app" when it doesn't show that price on the website (Walmart.com) and telling me the app is right and the website is wrong is just abysmal. Not sure who hired, let alone kept promoting Dhruvil to be the night manager but they should reevaluate their hiring and management choices. The online only deals that show out of stock in store, when the item is shown to the manager should get price matched 100% of the time if the customer literally cannot order it through the website. Downloading an app should NEVER be a requirement to shop at a Walmart, Target, Best Buy, etc. Treating customers poorly and refusing to answer reasonable questions as to why the price on the website won't be honored is really not a great way to treat customers at any time, let alone during the holiday season where there is so much competition for customers. Experiences like the one I just had make me with for a negative star rating being available, but I'm clearly not alone as this location has a 2.2 Star average which is about 4 stars too high."

    "What do I like about Walmart? \n1. The pharmacy. We use this pharmacy for most of our prescriptions. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. In general, Walmart has proved to be the easiest pharmacy to have a prescription filled anywhere in the country.\n2. Pickup/delivery. I seldom have time for shopping. The Walmart app is great for keeping track of what I need to order. Whether I pick it up or have it delivered, I've had only very minor issues with getting a very large order in a short amount of time.\n3. Item consistency. While selection can sometimes be limited, I know what brands Walmart carries and can find those brands at most Walmarts anywhere in the country.\n4. Prices. Overall Walmart has low everyday prices on groceries. \n5. This store is usually clean and easy to get around.\nWhat don't I like about Walmart?\n1. Item availability. Just when I find a grocery item I like, they stop carrying it. They're also very limited on overall variety.\n2. Self Checkout. I don't mind self checkouts when I have a few items but there needs to be more cashiers for large orders.\n3. It's hard to find help when you need it even if you just have a question.\n\nIf you sign up for Walmart+, you can get free delivery and shipping for $98 a year. If you have AARP, you can save $40 and pay only $58 a year. A good deal if you use either service on a regular basis."
