VALLEY PARK — All northbound and southbound lanes of Highway 141 at Interstate 44 near Valley Park were reopened Sunday, the Missouri Department of Transportation said. The southbound Highway 141 exit ramp to westbound I-44 and all ramps and outer roads at the interchange also opened as Meramec River floodwaters receded.
