Yesterday (November 29), J. Cole announced a special one-night-only concert to commemorate his third studio album, 2014 Forest Hills Drive. On December 16, lovers of the project or die-hard J. Cole supporters will gather for the “Forest Hill Drive 10th Anniversary” show at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

J. Cole is treating fans to another rerelease, this time for his third studio album, 2014 Forest Hills Drive , which will come with bonus unreleased tracks.

2014 Forest Hills Drive is J. Cole’s most commercially successful album to date. He released it on Tuesday, December 9, 2014, with just a few weeks’ notice and no pre-release singles. Cole worked on the album—his third studio LP—with producers Illmind, Phonix Beats, Vinylz, and Willie B, among others.

2014 Forest Hills Drive marked Cole’s third studio album, with production primarily handled by the artist himself alongside the likes of Illmind, Vinylz, Phonix Beats and Willie B. Despite the lack of pre-release singles and very little marketing, the record went on to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and received two GRAMMY nominations.

J. Cole is in a season of reminiscing. On Friday (Nov. 29), he announced that 2014 Forest Hills Drive will be getting updated with “never before heard bonus tracks from that era” as a part of its 10th anniversary.
