Boeing's new CEO Kelly Ortberg had some brutal feedback for staff, telling them to stop complaining and start competing.

Boeing CEO Kelly Ortberg told employees this week, "We are at a low here, folks ... We spend more time arguing amongst ourselves."

Kelly Ortberg had a tough message for Boeing employees, including that the company is at a ‘low’ as employees spend more time arguing among themselves than figuring out how to beat Airbus.

"Everybody is tired of the drumbeat of what's wrong with Boeing ( BA ). I'm tired of it and I haven't been here that long." The company is burning through billions of dollars and can't turn to investors for more cash,
