Grocery stores have been forced to discard perishable items after days without power caused by a bomb cyclone that hit Tuesday night.

City officials said it's unsafe to walk, bike, or drive these roads because of downed power lines, hazardous trees and dangerous debris blocking the roadway.

Residents of Mercer Island are still without power Thursday morning following the severe "bomb cyclone" that downed hundreds of trees and left the area dark.
