New York Yankees third baseman Oswaldo Cabrera was taken off the field in an ambulance after a gruesome injury to his lower left leg in the ninth inning of an 11-5 victory over the host Seattle Mariners on Monday night.

Yankees infielder Oswaldo Cabrera sustained a gruesome lower leg injury on an awkward slide at home plate and was taken in an ambulance off the T-Mobile Park field.
