Russia said its air defenses downed 337 Ukrainian drones overnight, including dozens targeting Moscow, in what seems to be the largest attack on its territory of the three-year-long war.

Russia said dozens of drones were launched at Moscow on Tuesday in what it said were “enemy” attacks, using its preferred euphemism for Ukraine, hours ahead of critical talks between US and Ukrainian officials.

Russian forces attacked Ukraine with a ballistic missile and 126 drones, setting a fuel storage facility on fire and injuring at least two people in different parts of the country, Ukrainian officials said on Tuesday.
