He might not see the field with the Minnesota Vikings, but Daniel Jones stands to benefit a ton from his new surroundings compared to the New York Giants.

It was newly signed quarterback Daniel Jones. He gathered joined the Vikings’ three other quarterbacks — starter Sam Darnold, backup Nick Mullens and reserve Brett Rypien — shooting the breeze before taking a few minutes to chat with reporters.

After an up-and-down career in New York, Jones’ landing spot might offer some much-needed stability with a quarterback-friendly coach, Kevin O’Connell, at the helm. Jones was drafted as the heir to two-time Super Bowl champ Eli Manning. But over six years, Jones played under three headed coaches: Pat Shurmur, Joe Judge and Brian Daboll.
