It has been a little over two days since the brunt of the record-breaking atmospheric river faded over the North Bay. Yet, at least 19 roads in Sonoma County remain closed due to flooding, landslides or other storm hazards. These are the roads still closed, according to the Sonoma County Public Infrastructure roads division.

Parts of Sonoma County are used to dealing with flooding concerns when heavy, prolong stretches of rain are in the forecast, like those residents who live in the area of the Russian River.

Parts of Sonoma County were hit by as much as 15 inches of rain, with Occidental getting more than 20 inches. Much of the runoff will make its way down to the Russian River from it massive 1500 square mile drainage area.
