A local woman mailed a check for $150 to Florida Light and Power to pay a bill, but $5,522 was withdrawn instead and deposited into the bank account of a Troy woman.

An Albany man was taken into custody by Bethlehem police on Friday, Oct. 25, at the Market 32 on New Scotland Road.
