NVIDIA is reportedly hard at work on the GeForce RTX 5070 Ti graphics card, with new leaks teasing 8960 CUDA cores and 300W of power consumption.

A popular benchmarking site has leaked crucial information on pretty much the entire NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50 series lineup, including specs and release time frames.

According to Benchlife (via Videocardz ), we're looking at 6,400 CUDA cores for the RTX 5070. That's well down on the 8,960 rumoured for the RTX 5070 Ti. Perhaps even more pertinently, it's just 9% more CUDA cores than the existing RTX 4070 and, indeed, fewer CUDA cores than the RTX 4070 Super, which rocks 7,168.

This is interesting on a number of levels. There are the alleged specs, which we'll get to in a moment, but also the fact that information is supposedly floating around on a "Ti' variant before the main GeForce RTX 50 series is even official.

We're expecting the RTX 5090 and 5080 to be announced at CES in January. Many observers think the RTX 5070 could arrive as soon as February. Now that we have 5070 Ti specs leaked before 5070 specs, that could imply the Ti board is launched before the vanilla 5070.

A new rumor suggests the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti will join the GeForce RTX 50 roster of GPUs debuting at CES 2025. If accurate, NVIDIA will debut four cards at CES 2025, all of which can be considered high-performance tier cards.
