Allu Arjun started off by thanking his ‘home’ of Chennai where he spent the first 20 years of his life. “Even if I go national or international, I would always be the boy from Chennai,” said Arjun, adding, “I always wanted to have one film event of mine in a crowded auditorium in Chennai, and it is finally happening with Pushpa 2.”

Pushpa 2: The Rule is the sequel to Sukumar’s 2021 film Pushpa: The Rise. Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, and Fahadh will reprise their roles as Pushpa Raj, Srivalli, and Bhanwar Singh Shekawat. Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings are producing the movie.

According to reports, when DSP could not deliver the Pushpa 2 score in time, other music composers including Thaman were roped in for work completion.
