The E. coli outbreak connected to McDonald’s Quarter Pounders has impacted 10 states, primarily in the Midwest and beyond. New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware are not on the list. Most of the illnesses have been reported in Colorado and Nebraska although illnesses have been reported in states as far as Oregon and Wisconsin.
