Israel and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) are investigating the disappearance of an Israeli-Moldovan dual national in the UAE. Zvi Kogan, an envoy of the Orthodox Jewish organisation Chabad, has been missing since Thursday, the Israeli prime minister's office said.

Israel says the body of of an Israeli-Moldovan rabbi who went missing in the United Arab Emirates has been found, citing Emirati authorities.

Emirati authorities have found the body of Rabbi Zvi Kogan, the Prime Minister’s Office and Foreign Ministry say in a joint statement. Kogan, a Chabad rabbi in the UAE, had been missing since Thursday.
