The body of a man reported missing from Eagan has been found in the Minnesota River. The Eagan Police Department said that 43-year-old Valentin Ramos, who had been missing since Saturday, was found in the river near Highway 55 and Highway 5 on Monday. Police don't believe there is any foul play associated with Ramos' death.
