Sony has finally announced the worst-kept secret in video games: the PlayStation 5 Pro. PS5 lead architect Mark Cerny confirmed the mid-gen refresh during a PS5 Technical Presentation. Cerny said Sony wants to give players the high frame-rates they prefer with the new console.

The next version of Sony’s PlayStation games console – the PlayStation 5 Pro – will go on sale in November, it has been confirmed.
