Ruben Amorim has heaped praise on Alejandro Garnacho for the way he has kicked on and ‘changed in everything’ since the disappointment of being left out of the Manchester derby.

Diogo Dalot, Tyrell Malacia and Noussair Mazraoui have all been trialled at left wing-back, but given none of them have provided a goal or assist from that position in Amorim’s 18 games, it is clear that United are lacking attacking quality down that side.
