ATLANTA — Atlanta Hawks Trae Young has come up with a new word that’s very familiar to his lack of being named an NBA All-Star. “It’s no longer getting “snubbed” it’s getting “Traed” at this point,” Young posted on X.

Atlanta Hawks star Trae Young took to social media to address the controversial NBA All-Star Game selection and issue an apology to his fans for his failure to make it to the annual event.

The West Orange, N.J. native and former St. Patrick High School star was left off the list of reserves despite a brilliant season in which he’s averaging 24.2 points, 4.9 assists and 4.2 rebounds while shooting 48% from the field and 42% from deep.
