Cher is not holding back about her “Mask” director Peter Bogdanovich. In a new interview with The Times UK, Cher, 78, said the late Bogdanovich was one of two directors that she “didn’t like” working with.

Cher lambasted Peter Bogdanovich, detailing an acrimonious experience filming 1985's biographical drama 'Mask' with the director.

Cher did tweet in honor of Bogdanovich when he died in 2022. “I’m Proud Of The Film [‘Mask’] We Made Together,” Cher wrote, “& In The End I’m Sure He Must Have Been As Well. He made Some Very Memorable Films,& Discovered amazingly Talented artists.”
