Philadelphia police are searching for a man believed to be connected to a road rage incident that led to a shooting Monday night in the city's East Parkside neighborhood.

One person was fatally shot during an encounter with a security guard in North Philadelphia on Sunday morning, police say.

Investigators have released surveillance video of a man who they say fired shots from his car in West Philly Monday evening, one of which hit a 15-year-old in the arm.
