Planned Parenthood sued the administration on Monday, alleging that a provision of Trump's "big, beautiful bill" is unconstitutional and will cause irreparable harm.

The provision would prevent Planned Parenthood from receiving Medicaid funding for care outside of abortion services for one year.

The nonprofit is challenging a new law that bars its clinics from receiving federal money for any treatment, including birth control and checkups.
