The week begins with a Freeze Warning across the Valley on Monday night and goes on until Tuesday morning. Areas below 2,000 feet in elevation can expect overnight lows to drop below 36 degrees by Tuesday morning.

Nov. 22, 5 p.m. A flash flood alert in San Francisco has been downgraded to a flood warning as the intense downpour from a California atmospheric river slows down in the city but continues to pummel other parts of the Bay Area. San Francisco’s flood warning is in effect until 6:45 p.m., the National Weather Service said in a social media post.

While one atmospheric river is still pumping rain toward California, another storm is waiting in the wings.
