MOBILE, Ala. (WKBN) — Cleveland Browns Executive Vice President of Football Operations and General Manager Andrew Berry told reporters at the Senior Bowl that he has no interest in trading six-time Pro Bowler Myles Garrett. Late in the 2024 season, Garrett expressed frustration with the Browns’ 3-14 record.

Browns general manager Andrew Berry spoke on Tuesday about the organization's plan to keep Garrett with the franchise until he retires. He's already been with the team since he was drafted in 2017. Garrett won't become a free agent until 2027, but the team is open to exploring an extension with the reigning NFL Defensive Player of the Year.

Myles Garrett revealed on Tuesday night’s episode of “Hard Knocks: In Season with the AFC North” that he came away from his postseason talk with GM Andrew Berry encouraged that the Browns can win in 2025.

Myles Garrett has spent his entire NFL career out of Texas A&M starring for the typically woeful Cleveland Browns. While still very much in his prime, the Browns have no intention on ever letting him play for another team under this front-office regime.

Browns pass rusher Myles Garrett will have to wait until next week to learn if he’ll repeat as the NFL’s Defensive Player of the Year, but according to the Sporting News, he’s already a repeat winner of the award.
