On Monday, Porzingis took to social media to offer more clarity on his illness, and the Celtics recently made a response to his announcement. In his social media post, Porzingis revealed that he has a viral illness that has not been fully identified. Regardless, the Celtics big man made it clear that he is progressing and recovering.

Celtics center Kristaps Porzingis has been mysteriously out with an illness for Boston’s past six games and his return to the court remains an unknown. Porzingis confirmed in a social media post that he has been “dealing with some viral illness that we haven’t been able to fully identify yet.
