Walmart's early Black Friday sale includes a $20 discount on PlayStation's Pulse Elite headset, which released earlier this year.

Right now, you can save on premium PS5 accessories, including the officially- licensed Nacon Revolution 5 Pro now $149 (was $199), or if you need to give your console a storage boost, the 2TB Samsung 980 Pro SSD is $139 (was $229).

While the PS5 Pro is brand new and we can't expect too much in the way of discounts on the machine itself, we're hopeful of seeing some tempting propositions on accessories and games that are adjacent to it. After all, every PS5 accessory and game is usable and playable on the Pro.

Since last year’s Black Friday sale, we’ve seen both the Xbox and the PlayStation get mid-generation refreshes. The updated Xbox series X will launch in October with increased storage capacity, while the new PlayStation 5 Slim arrived around the same time as the Black Friday sale kicked off in 2023.

As spotted by IGN, Sony released a short trailer announcing that the PS5 Slim Digital Edition is to be reduced to $379.99 - a pretty sizeable $70 off its $449.99 retail price in the US. However, trying to watch the trailer at this point won't do you any good as Sony very quickly delisted it after it went live yesterday (November 12).
