The Algoma Verity cargo ship has been stranded in the Delaware River since Wednesday night, when it ran aground north of the Ben Franklin Bridge while hauling salt to Bucks County.

A cargo ship that ran aground while water levels in the Delaware River were low is still stuck and the U.S. Coast Guard has no timeline of when the ship might be dislodged.

A cargo ship carrying table salt is being dislodged Thursday after it got stuck in the Delaware River in Philadelphia, the U.S. Coast Guard said.The ship was heading north up the river when it got stuck about a mile past the Benjamin Franklin Bridge.
