A man, 19, and a woman, 18, were shot and killed in an Arlington apartment complex Saturday night, police said.

An 18-year-old and 19-year-old were fatally shot inside a short-term rental near AT&T Stadium Saturday night, Arlington police said.

Police say the man was "dealing with some emotional distress." After a brief standoff, he peacefully surrendered. No one was hurt.
