EVANSVILLE − The "why" is still a mystery, but the "what" is known for sure: A man drove a vehicle off the roof of the Bally's Casino parking garage in Downtown Evansville on Monday morning, slamming through the roof of the casino's adjoining executive conference center.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- One person was injured in a partial roof collapse Monday morning at the Bally's Casino in Evansville. According to WEVV, police responded to the scene just before 9 a.m. when a car apparently drove off the parking garage and went through the roof of the hotel conference center.

EVANSVILLE — A man is currently facing two felony charges after police say he drove a vehicle off the roof of the Bally's Casino parking garage Monday morning.

The case number for the incident matches court records showing 41-year-old Jeremiah Oldham is charged with criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and criminal mischief. Police say the driver is still in the hospital and hasn’t been arrested yet.
