Former “Jackass” star Bam Margera found himself back behind bars in Chester County after allegedly violating his probation.

Former "Jackass" star Bam Margera is back in prison after he allegedly violated his probation, court documents on Thursday revealed.

The former Jackass star, 44, was stopped by police in Pennsylvania on September 16 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance and summary reckless driving - and he is set to spend the weekend at the Chester County Prison ahead of a court hearing on Monday to determine whether he has violated his probation.

The incident that landed Brandon “Bam” Margera in hot water began outside a family restaurant and ice cream shop, Gordon’s Cruise-In in rural Fulton County, Pa.

CHESTER COUNTY, Pennsylvania (WPVI) -- Reality TV star "Bam" Margera is back behind bars on claims he violated the conditions of his probation. The Chester County native pleaded guilty back in June to charges that he assaulted his brother and made threats against other family members at their home in Pocopson Township, Pennsylvania.

Bam Margera, the professional skateboarder and former star of “Jackass,” spent several days in the Des Moines metro shopping, dining and checking out a concert. Margera went to the Yelawolf show at the Horizon Events Center in Clive on Thursday night and spent time dining with the hip-hop star before and after the show.
