“Another day, another recall ” might be an understatement as food safety concerns mount this holiday season. Costco’s Kirkland brand eggs and a large batch of cucumbers are the latest items to face recalls due to potential salmonella contamination.

SunFed whole American cucumbers were linked to a multi-state Salmonella outbreak that sickened nearly 70 people, and almost 260,000 organic eggs sold under Costco's Kirkland Signature brand were recalled for potential Salmonella contamination.

The FDA says do not eat, sell, or serve cucumbers grown by Agrotato, S.A. de C.V. in Mexico; including recalled cucumbers from SunFed Produce
