Feb. 14, 2025 A high-profile suit accusing Combs and fellow rapper Jay-Z of raping a 13-year-old in 2000 was dropped by the plaintiff’s lawyers, after both Combs and Jay-Z denied the allegations (Read more about it here ).

The music mogul is charged with three federal crimes — racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and violating the Mann Act — and has pleaded not guilty to each of them.

Although Sean “Diddy” Combs continues to face numerous criminal charges tied up in a trial set to begin this May, at least one—a rape case brought against both him and Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter—has now been dismissed.
