New England Patriots safety Jabrill Peppers returned to practice for the first time since October on Tuesday. He also had a short media scrum with reporters in the locker room. As expected, Peppers was advised by his attorneys not to talk about the events that led to him being placed on the Commissioner’s Exempt List.

On Monday, the league announced that Peppers was removed from the NFL’s Commissioner Exempt List, which he was placed on after being charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, strangulation or suffocation, possession of a Class B drug (cocaine), and assault and battery on a family or household member.
