The Southwest Monsoon or habagat will continue to bring rains over the country, PAGASA said in its 4 a.m. weather bulletin.

Expect heavy to intense rain with lightning in Metro Manila and nearby provinces on Tuesday evening, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration’s (Pagasa) said.
