With his New York Jets laying the foundation of what became a 24-3 blowout of the New England Patriots, Rodgers returned to the Jets sideline after New York’s second touchdown and appeared to two-hand shove coach Robert Saleh, who was attempting to give Rodgers a hug.

After the Jets went up14-0 over the Patriots with a goal-line touchdown by Breece Hall, Saleh and Rodgers quickly shook hands on the sideline. As the head coach went in for the hug, Rodgers stoned him by putting his hands on his chest and seemed to sternly say something to him.

There wasn’t much drama on the field between the Jets and Patriots on Thursday night, as Aaron Rodgers led the Jets to a dominant 24-3 win over their division rival in their home opener. But there seemed to be something brewing between Rodgers and coach Robert Saleh in the second quarter after the Jets scored a touchdown to give them a 14-0 lead over New England.
