The Toronto Maple Leafs have been without Auston Matthews since Nov. 3. The captain has missed eight games since being placed on IR. He will also miss his ninth game in a row for Wednesday’s game against the Florida Panthers.

Matthews flew to Munich, Germany to get treatment for his upper-body injury and returned to skating on Saturday.

Defeating the defending Stanley Cup Champions won't be easy, which is why Maple Leafs fans are hoping that Matthews will be healthy enough to face the Panthers.
