Everything I currently know about the Amazon to Whole Foods
May 1, 2022 · The $9.95 fee goes to Amazon. But the price for the order total (like food, etc.) goes to WF as revenue. Amazon 2 hour shopping department makes ZERO money from any of the food on that order. Using that $9.95 fee that is charged to the customer, Amazon pays for the shoppers + drivers, which means that Amazon shopping department loses money.

Oct 15, 2020 · Oh wow thank you for explaining this to me. This was my first order with Whole Foods delivery on Amazon prime. I know what to do the next time I decide to order. Now that you explained everything, I wonder why they don't let you choose which store you would like to have your items picked up at and delivered from.

You would just have to place the order again. Instead of the address of choice you should look for Amazon lockers near you. If your ordering from Amazon and having it delivered to an Amazon Locker inside a Whole foods they hold it for 14 days before it goes back. If you ordered it from Whole foods for an in store pickup others have answered that.

Dec 17, 2021 · This is why they added the $10 delivery fee. Whole Foods/Amazon didn't make any money off of delivery orders. The only reason it was free in the past was to drive up a customer base and get people used to the service. Their goal was to eventually start charging. This is Amazon's business strategy.
